SMOKE FREE AIR

Breathe Easy Hamilton County is a public health agency sponsored by the Good Samaritan Network and funded through the Indiana Department of Health Tobacco Prevention & Cessation Commission. We strive to create tobacco-free communities through education, advocacy, and promotion of tobacco-free living to eliminate commercial tobacco use and related diseases by encouraging current smokers to quit, preventing non-smokers from ever starting and decreasing exposure to secondhand smoke. 

Mission

Our mission is to promote tobacco-free living and ensure smoke-free air within Hamilton County, protect community health, and strive for health equity by reducing the burden of commercial tobacco addiction and exposure.

Vision

We envision a community where every individual is free from the harms of commercial tobacco addiction and exposure, living in a healthy environment.

Stacy Collins

Executive Director

Stacy brings over 20 years of experience in non-profit leadership. A proud Iowa native and University of Northern Iowa alum, she is committed to positively impacting her community through education, awareness, and engagement. As a vocalist and pulmonary embolism survivor, she deeply values healthy lungs and clean air, fueling her passion for public health. Married for nearly two decades with two children in Westfield schools, she also enjoys traveling, playing games, and watching movies with her family. In her free time, she loves to read, listen to music, watch football and paint.

Erica Strahm

Program Assistant & Youth Coordinator

A mother of four children and former middle school employee, Erica has a passion for working with young people and creating meaningful relationships with them. A 25-year resident of Hamilton County and an elected official, she is deeply committed to community service, which allows her to become connected to schools, businesses, public health agencies, and more. In 2012, she quit smoking, which she counts as one of the hardest things she's done, which continued to drive her in her prevention and cessation efforts. In her free time, Erica enjoys
